Delete your Millu account

Millu is a private app for couples. You can permanently delete your account and all of your data at any time — here's how.

Option 1 — delete it in the app (instant)

Open Millu and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete account and confirm. (You'll also find this on the pairing screen if you haven't paired yet.)

This takes effect immediately and signs you out — there's nothing else to do.

Option 2 — request it by email

If you can't access the app, email amenadiel.sancti@gmail.com from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm and remove it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your login and email (your sign-in is gone).
Your profile (display name, avatar, birthday, preferences).
All of your couple's shared data — daily questions and answers, mood check-ins, love notes, connection tasks, diary entries, period tracking, streak and league history.

If you were paired, your partner is unpaired as a side effect (your shared space is deleted); their own account remains until they delete it themselves.

Retention: deletion is immediate and permanent — we do not keep a copy. Routine encrypted infrastructure backups, if any, age out within 30 days and are never restored to an active account.
